  • Accommodation - Modified sharing so that if a person is sharing with another, they are marked as a primary person and their booking is deleted, the other person is marked as the primary. Added arrival and departure date(s) for delegates who are sharing to allow for easier hotel cross-checking.
  • Booths - Modified booth pull-down list on Trade screen to be in booth number order rather than booth counter order.
  • Contact Recording - Altered contact recording sequence with production of e-mailed and printed correspondence via the Personal Details screen.
  • Correspondence - Added the ability to globally change Fax and E-Mail correspondence to Letter.
  • Correspondence (Tax Invoices) - Corrected an error where if emailing a receipt or tax invoice, all where sent, not just the individual one selected.
  • Correspondence (Receipts) - Added descriptions to travel and accommodation information displayed.
  • Correspondence (Participation Report) - Amended travel and transfer section to that if data isn't recorded in a section, eg. Arriving At, then this label isn't displayed.
  • Correspondence - Lengthened phone and fax fields in standard correspondence footer section.
  • Correspondence (Itinerary & Confirmation Letters) - If looking to share is ticked, then 'Looking to share room and costs' is displayed.
  • Certificates - Removed capitalization of "certify."
  • Contact - Increased the width of the contact form, allowing more space for the contact date and type.
  • Financial - Increased the size of all bank text fields to the maximum length (255 characters).(Only applies to event files created with ver. 9.30 or higher).
  • Financial - Improved the Reconcilliation Report fix/repair process to check for and correct Receipts referring to non-existent people.
  • Financial Reports - Added Last invoice Date to the Outstanding Amounts by Organization report.
  • Internet Assistant - Added ability to directly open the Personal Details screen.

  • Amended Report - Outstanding Payments by Organization (Summary). Now only shows outstanding payments and no longer includes overpayments. <
  • Amended Reports - Added the arrival flight date and time to travel details displayed on travel reports available in the Listing section in the Reporter.
  • Copy Activity - Modified to also pick up the Booking Status and Sort Order information on travel bookings when using the Copy from other person option.

    Additions

  • New Report - Name, Organization by State and Registration Type. Located in Event Reports.
  • New Report - Tabling and Seating: Shows Attendees by primary person's organization and their guests.
  • Accommodation Reporter - New: Added the ability to assign itinerary and confirmation letter instructions to selected records. Instructions can be set to either overwrite or append any existing instructions.
  • Name Badge and Ticket Design - New: Added the ability to display special dietary requirements on name badges (main and accompanying person) and tickets (main person only).

  • Personal Details - New: Ctrl+S will now go directly to the Search by Name field. For user familiar with Tracker and Maximizer.

  • People by Table with Organization and Accompanying People report - Corrected an error were the primary person's middle initial and post nominals were displaying against the accompanying person.
  • Function Attendance Reports - Now indicates which function attendance reports will only work for tabled catering events.
  • Banking Run - Corrected a problem where generic payment type listing could pick up more that one payment type.
  • Banking Run - Modified credit card number retrieval routine to not return nulls if an error occured.
  • Banking Run - Corrected an error where secure e-commerce payment types did not display correctly on Banking Run.
  • Participants without a Hotel Booking Report - New process to verify that all people with hotel bookings are marked as having accommodation. Process is called before opening the report.
  • Financial Status Total Report - Corrected an error where some people did not appear on report if they only had full paid acoommodation and travel.
  • Exhibitor - Modified booth entry against exhibitor so that combined booth number can not be left blank.
  • Income Reconciliation Report - Enhanced report correction process to cross-match and correct amount paid against travel and accommodation records with receipt lines total.
  • Reporter, Export - Sessions: Corrected an error where one or more sessions where selected, records exported and name badges marked as printed and the wrong number of records were marked as having had their name badges produced.
  • Overpaid Report - Correct a calculation error.
  • General - Modified Correspondence to specifically write temporary letters to software's home directory as not doing this caused problems under Windows Terminal Server.
  • General - Modified Windows Messaging Testing to specifically write temporary files to software's home directory as not doing this caused problems under Windows Terminal Server.
  • General - Modified lookup of master file location (SCM) to overcome a problem where Windows Small Business Server 2003 can return filename extensions in upper case.
  • General - Corrected an error where special dietary information did not always appear on catering lists.

  • Correspondence - Corrected an error when producing the Exhibitor Confirmation Letter with Registration Details would mark all Delegate Confirmation Letters as printed.
  • Correspondence - Tax Invoices: Modified by widening the text box for 'Description' so that the "n" is not cut off.
  • Correspondence - Itinerary: Modified so that heading still appears when the page header is turned off.

    Version 9.20   (May 2003)

  • Added the ability to Edit Tickets directly from the Tabling and Seating form.
  • Modified Internet Assistant date processing to not force dd/mm/yyyy formatting. Now picks up dates based on processing computer's short date setting.
  • Modified tabling and seating to provide the following new functionality:
    1. As well as guest's names you can now also enter position, organization and notes.
    2. New report: Table Allocation by table with or without notes.
    3. New report: Table Allocation by Last Name with or without notes.
    4. New report: All Attendees by Last Name with or without notes.
    5. New report: Attendees by Last Name with their Guests and notes.
    As these modifications require changes to the event file template they only apply to events created using v.9.20 or higher.

  • Enable a default correspondence type to be set in Global Options. Applies to records being entered as new or imported.
  • Modified Hotel Booking form to enable Hotel Details to be opened directly in full edit mode.
  • Improved name badge production from the Reporter where multi-registration, multi-add-on or multi-session is selected.
  • Modified Internet Assistant to update address details of people already on file when processing registrations.

  • Modified landscape Running Sheet report to prevent inappropriate grouping.
  • Increased the width of the Event Options form to accommodate longer tax names.
  • Modified importing from Excel and text files for better handling of zero length strings.
  • Modified import of Organizing Tasks to also import record counter to enable default order sorting.
  • Modified start up procedure to correct problem where on some Windows 2000 and Windows XP sites the autoexec macro did not run and as a result no form or database window was displayed.
  • Modified Tax checking so that after modifying or entering Registration Types and Add-Ons the user is not prompted to recalculate Tax if no monies are in the event file yet.
  • Changed length of User Defined field in template only to standardize with other products. Change to template only and affects created using v.9.20 or higher.
  • Modified software update process so that custom update file sempu.cdb is the default.
  • Modified mail merge from form letters to place data source in Summit's application directory to make location easier in Windows XP/Office XP environments.
